Reasons to love it – and reasons not to
The staff are friendly and accommodating , and the hotel feels secure with identity checks at the main gate. A major plus is the nice swimming pool for families.
I found the breakfast offerings lacking, especially for European tastes, and the noise from the elevator made it hard to sleep at night. Service was also inattentive at peak hours.

We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree By Hilton Celaya! The room was spacious and had a lovely seating area where we could relax as a family. The flat-screen TV was a hit with the kids, and we appreciated the air conditioning, especially in the warm weather. The pool area was perfect for our little ones to have fun while we lounged nearby with drinks from the bar. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great spread that catered to all our preferences.
